The Sacrament of Confirmation and the Holy Spirit

The Catechism of the Catholic Church says,

“The fruits of the Spirit are perfections that the Holy Spirit forms in us as the first fruits of eternal glory. The tradition of the Church lists twelve of them: “charity, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, generosity, gentleness, faithfulness, modesty, self-control, chastity.”

During our November gatherings all were asked to quietly think about :

Does the Holy Spirit make a difference in my life ?  How do people in my family know that the Holy Spirit is with me ?      What fruits do they see in my life ?  

Afterwards households spent some time talking with each other, letting family members know what fruits they see active in their lives. 

We thank God for the presence of the Holy Spirit in our homes and families !
