Christ the Prophet

A prophet is someone who reveals God, speaks for God and communicates the truths that God wants the people to know.

At the early February sessions of Generations of Faith we looked at a few prophets from the Old Testament with a view towards Jesus, The Prophet, God himself.

In small groups parents studied a prophet and came back to the larger group to make a short presentation. We learned about the prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel. It was a fun session and the children enjoyed seeing their parents “on stage.”
